Moule (ou panier à pâte) long avec fond de moule en osier. Idéal pour la préparation du pain artisanal traditionnel. Le banneton absorbe l’humidité et maintient la pâte à une température fixe, ce qui assure une croûte croustillante et une bonne structure au pain.
